Staffed Hours

Zap Fitness 24/7 never closes and you can always use your Zapper Key to work out day and night! If you'd like to join-up or talk to our friendly staff, they are on site during the following times:

Monday to Thursday 10am to 2pm, 2.30pm to 6.30pm. Friday and Saturday 10am to 2pm, Sunday and public holidays are unstaffed. Members have key access 24 hours every day
