Zap gyms have only the very latest Life Fitness cardio and strength training equipment. Our Inspiration cardio range features treadmills, cross-trainers, upright and recumbent bikes, summit climbers and rowers – all with built-in TV screens and virtual reality options. There’s also a large freeweight area; Hammer Strength training machines; Express Circuit; and generous Core on the Floor section for stretching, abdominals and balance.
Every Zap membership includes a free consultation with a personal trainer –plus on-going sessions if you wish. You can lose weight, tone-up or gain strength by working out when it feels right … day or night. You won’t have to wait for machines – or results!
