I was severely over weight at 130 kg, I decided I had to change. In 9 months, I lost just under 40kgs following my own health & fitness routine. I then decided to qualify as a Personal Trainer so I can help others in similar situations. With my newfound weight loss & passion for fitness, I have also started competing in Powerlifting, something I always dreamed of but never thought possible.
