My journey into the fitness industry started with an obsession with sports and movement from a young age. At 15, I began working out at my local gym and taking health, fitness and training more seriously.
After a short time, I was surprised with how improving my physical fitness increased my confidence and mental strength. I discovered how fitness supports us to be the best version of ourselves every day, physically and mentally.
This inspired me to gain formal qualifications and get started working as a personal trainer where I now get to show others the same benefits of being fit and healthy.
