I believe the gym should be an enjoyable place you feel comfortable, not a chore or a place you have no confidence to step in. As well as helping you achieve your goals, I’m also here to help you feel confident in the gym environment. I focus on form and technique, strengthening areas that sometimes get neglected, overlooked or even completely unaware even existed, this will help you keep healthy joints, strong mobility and injury free, leading to a healthy long life. I believe a healthy lifestyle is finding a balance between fit, healthy and social, you should still enjoy your morning coffee, a meal out and a few cocktails on the weekend, this isn’t going to put you back, it’s not going to destroy your workout, having this balance within your life will make your fitness journey a lot more enjoyable and easy to follow, more clients stay on track once this balance is established. The fitness industry has become an over complicated, tangled, confusing, misleading place when in reality, fitness isn’t, it’s to be enjoyed and I promise you it’ll become your greatest therapist!
