Hi, I’m Mia. I have over 20 years of experience in health and wellness, I take a holistic approach to movement, focusing on strength, flexibility, and body awareness to support every stage of life.
For the past seven years, I’ve had the privilege of leading chair-based fitness classes for older adults through Adelaide Seniors Exercise. This has deepened my belief in the power of inclusive movement for all ages and abilities.
With qualifications in counselling and a background in suicide prevention, I bring a compassionate, whole-person approach to wellness. I understand how the demands of work, family, and personal challenges can make it difficult to prioritise your health. Having been there myself, I offer empathy, patience, and practical strategies to help you create a balanced, sustainable routine.
