Hi, I’m Peter.

I am a highly experienced personal trainer and fitness industry educator. Through my experience, skills and qualifications, I provide a premium personal training service assisting you to achieve a range of health and fitness goals. The main feature of my personal training service is applying human movement principles to improve how your body functions, feels and looks. I compliment this with support to create and maintain the lifestyle habits required to progress towards your goal/s.

I provide continuous coaching to make exercise easier, effective and more enjoyable. In delivering this, I will ensure you get the best possible value from your Zap membership. My nurturing and focused approach assists you make the changes required to better perform all the roles you have in life (e.g employee, parent, partner and competitor).
