I’ve been a PT for a few years now, starting out in my garage with family and friends, but have been addicted to the gym for nearly a decade. After hurting myself *a lot* during my powerlifting days, I developed a strong focus on bio-mechanics, functionality, full range of motion and the individual - there is no ‘correct form’, it’s what’s correct *for you*. Muscles are beautiful, but what counts is strength - inner and outer, long-term health and, of course, the ability to control your breathing whilst standing on your head.
