Cheat’s Chicken Caesar Salad

This classic dish is a quick and easy meal option that's perfect for those on the go, or those looking to fuel up before a personal training session. Simply toss together chopped lettuce, grilled chicken, Parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing for a satisfying and protein-packed meal.   


  • 2 cups of chopped romaine lettuce 

  • 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced 

  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese 

  • 2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing 

  • Salt and pepper to taste 


  1. Toss the romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing in a bowl. 

  2. Add the sliced grilled chicken breast and toss to combine. 

  3. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
