This smoothie bowl is a great option for those who prefer a light and refreshing breakfast or snack. Plus, it’s a great to-go breakfast on the way to the gym or a personal training session. Blend together frozen fruit, yogurt, and milk, and top it with your favourite nuts and seeds for a nutritious and delicious meal.
1 cup of frozen fruit (berries, mango)
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
1/2 cup of milk (almond, soy, or cow's milk)
1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup of nuts and seeds (almonds, chia seeds)
Blend the frozen fruit, Greek yogurt, milk, and honey or maple syrup in a blender until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with the nuts and seeds.
