I have always had a passion for all things Fitness, as I grew up playing Netball and doing Athletics. I started going to the gym because I wanted to improve my overall strength and fitness. Once I started, I couldn’t stop. I fell in love with the gym and how it improved not only my fitness but my mental health too. My goal as a Personal Trainer is to help people reach their fitness goals as well as feel their best! I want to create a community where people enjoy coming to the gym and train hard.
