My name is Alyson, and I’m an Irish personal trainer currently living in Melbourne, where I’ve been for about a year. I’ve spent years training in the gym and come from a strong dance background, which has really shaped how I approach fitness. For me, training isn’t just about lifting weights it’s about moving well, feeling confident, and actually enjoying the process. I’ve always had a big interest in sport, and that love for movement naturally carried through into both dance and gym training. Dance gave me great body awareness, balance, and coordination, while the gym helped me build strength, discipline, and resilience. I love combining these elements to create training that’s effective, fun, and suited to real life. At Zap Fitness, my goal is to help people feel stronger, more confident, and comfortable in their own bodies.
