

Hi, my name is Anisija and I’m a Personal Trainer and HYROX athlete with a Bachelor of Biomedicine and my Cert III and IV in Fitness. My science background allows me to better understand the body and apply evidence-based training and nutrition strategies to achieve real results.
I’m passionate about all things health, fitness, and performance, and I specialise in helping women build strength, improve body composition, injury prevention and rehabilitation and feeling confident in the gym. I also work with men, supporting a wide range of goals including fat loss, muscle gain, and overall fitness.
My coaching focuses on structured training, proper technique, and sustainable nutrition, helping you build healthy habits that last long term rather than relying on quick fixes.
