

I have always been drawn to sport. Growing up in Kenya, I started with running and soccer. Movement was part of daily life. Competition shaped my discipline early. Basketball later became my focus. I went on to compete at Big V level in Australia. Playing at that level taught me that performance is built, not guessed. Strength, structure, and preparation separate average from elite. As a Certified Human Movement Specialist currently completing my Sport and Exercise Science degree, I focus on how the body moves, produces force, and adapts to load. I combine real athletic experience with science-based programming to help clients train smarter and perform better. Working with athletes and everyday clients has given me the confidence to help people improve strength, movement quality, body composition, and overall performance safely and effectively.
