

Hey, I’m Connor! I’ve spent most of my life involved in high-level sport, initially as a national-level competitor, followed by a period coaching professional athletes. While I appreciated these experiences, I’ve come to learn that what I enjoy most is helping everyday people feel stronger, move better, and build confidence in the gym.
