I have been training in Martial Arts for over a decade and I’ve always enjoyed training people in groups and one on one.
In my time coaching I’ve trained people with a wide range of needs from all stages of training. I actively compete on the national circuit for Judo and I have gained a huge amount of experience that I love to teach and becoming a Personal Trainer was another way in which I could use my experience to help others.
