

Hi, I'm Frenchy! I work with people who want to feel stronger without all the pressure or the noise. A lot of the people I train have been through rough patches or are just completely burnt out, and they often don’t see the progress they want. Focusing on what actually works for you, I pay attention to how you’re feeling mentally as well as physically. We move with good technique, we build you up instead of wearing you down, and we go at a pace that fits your life. My sessions are a space where you can just be yourself, where you'll be coached in a way that meets you where you're at. You'll be challenged, supported and reminded of what you're capable of.
