Hi, My name is Henry and I am a personal trainer here at Zap Fitness. Sport, particularly footy and Fitness has always been my passion and I’ve always held the belief that their great benefit in fitness for the body as well as the mindset. My philosophy is that fitness should be challenging but should also be enjoyable for you so it can become a lifestyle. In my coaching I aim to help you establish why you want to achieve a certain goal and how this could transform your life. There are 3 important values that I stand by that fitness is able to develop which are consistency, discipline and perseverance. My main goal is to help you achieve your athletic potential and to motivate you to attain any fitness goal. I want to see many of you achieve upmost success in your fitness journey no matter your starting point. I want to help you overcome any limiting beliefs in order to perform at your optimal level.
