

I have over a decade of experience in combat sports, beginning Taekwondo at age 8 and winning multiple state titles before transitioning into MMA in my 20s, where I continue to train with a focus on striking. Having managed injuries throughout my own career, I specialise in training clients safely and effectively, including those with injuries, limitations, or chronic pain. I work with clients aged 30–80, helping them build strength, confidence, and long-term resilience.
