

I’ve got a background in non-competitive bodybuilding that I love to combine with almost any outdoor sport. In my spare time, I like dancing my energy away and going on hikes for exploring adventures. I am motivated by providing close support in the fitness process and making it enjoyable, efficient and tailored to each person. As a fun fact before becoming a PT I used to work in Humanitarian Aid for the European Union and was deployed in Greek refugee camps.
