Kristylee Woolley

I’m a personal trainer, qualified chef, competitive bodybuilder, and a mum of two young boys - so I truly understand what it’s like to juggle training, nutrition, work, and family life. Alongside coaching, I’m currently studying my Certificate IV in Nutrition, which allows me to take a practical, evidence-based approach to health and fitness. My focus is helping people who feel stuck with their health break out of all-or-nothing cycles and build sustainable habits that actually fit their lifestyle. I don’t believe in extreme restriction or short-term fixes - I coach for long-term health, strength, confidence, and longevity. I’m especially passionate about working with parents. Having lived the reality of busy schedules, broken sleep, limited time, and mental load, I teach realistic strategies, time-efficient training, and flexible nutrition that works in real life - not just on paper. My goal is to help you feel strong, capable, and confident; while building habits you can maintain for life.
