

I started my fitness journey at just 14 years of age. Back then I took most of my inspiration from my favourite superheroes like Batman and Spider-Man. It wasn’t just their superhuman physiques that motivated me, but the amazing feats of athleticism and strength. I began my training by focusing on calisthenics, transforming my home garage and adventuring out to the local park. At 16 I directed my focus to powerlifting and weightlifting, building my overall strength before I started training in the sport of MMA back in 2019. I believe that building strength and endurance throughout the body is the most important thing when it comes to living a long and healthy life. Many people focus on the aesthetic results of training; I hope to motivate people to focus on training, performing, and feeling superhuman.
