As someone who didn’t use to prioritize their fitness, I changed that through the help of a Personal Trainer. I then became a PT so I could help people do the same, no matter their starting point or goals. Guidance can make so much difference whether you have no prior experience, you’re looking to change your routine, or need someone to keep you motivated. I'm currently studying Exercise Physiology to expand my knowledge and skills. This will enable me to work with a wider range of people, from those with chronic conditions to athletes, and provide specialized care.
