My name is Nick and I have been a PT for over 7 years. Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. It’s not just about fitness, but about being healthy too. Living a long and healthy life through training and nutrition and just by being active!

My goal is to help clients with their own goals, and to also find out their “why”. To help change their lives and that they are capable of more than they think!
