Hi, my name is Phil, I have been in the gym for 9 years, and I have grown a strong belief that through physical fitness and discipline you can help achieve your goals, in all aspects of life. I have found myself and others around me transfer physical fitness and therefore routine into other aspects of their life to succeed in an all-round healthy manner. I now want to use what I’ve learnt through my own journey to help others to reach their true potential through the vessel of fitness. Regardless of the goal at hand, I am keen to help.
I was a skinny kid who started as a soccer player and through the gym and training has built myself up physically and mentally for my first kick boxing fight later this year. I am super excited to meet you and hear about your goals and aspirations and help you purse them through building discipline and the use of fitness.
