Rebecca Hare

Bec has been involved in the fitness industry for about 5 years now initially getting into the industry after taking an interest and care in her own health and fitness through both nutrition and training manipulation, this has grown her passion to help others achieve their own goals. She has been working as a Sports Nutritionist and has sound knowledge of how diet and training can work hand in hand to create a desired outcome. Bec also has background as a bodybuilder so her training has a heavy focus on resistance training, gaining muscle and creating that ‘toned’ look through structured phases and programming.
