I realised that building muscle and losing fat wasn't just about looking good. It was about moving better, living pain-free, and taking control of my health. I focused on improving joint health, cleaning up my diet, chewing food properly, and reducing bloating. These small shifts made a massive impact on how I felt - and that's what I now help others achieve. Today, I use a results driven, no guesswork approach that delivers real, lasting change. My coaching focuses on sustainable body recomposition, mindset transformation, and improving the way you move and feel every day.
