Hey, I’m Sarah! Coming from a background of working in the Army, I am a personal trainer who is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness potential. I have been running group fitness and 1-on-1 personal training sessions for 8 years, both in the Army and since leaving it. My journey through pregnancy and motherhood has triggered my enthusiasm and passion to help educate and train pregnant and postpartum women in safe exercise to build their confidence, fitness and strength. However, I believe that fitness is for everyone, everyone is welcome with me!
