

Hey, my name is Shani and I am a qualified Personal Trainer. I have been working in the industry since the beginning of 2021 and have loved every second of it! I believe exercise should make you feel good both physically and mentally. My aim is to keep exercise fun and engaging for everyone - no matter the level of experience. However, I am pretty strict when it comes to proper form and technique! I put the "personal" back into Personal Training by tailoring sessions or programs to my clients' individual needs. I'm also your go-to for all things group fitness including spin classes!
