After completing my certificate 3 and 4 in fitness, running bootcamps and strength training. I took on the role of personal trainer for Zap Fitness.

I have helped clients achieve their goals of marathons and trail runs, entry to the TAS police, rehabilitation after injury or joint replacements, weight loss, Paralympic sports, and overall strength and conditioning to achieve their fitness goals and aid recovery.
