I’ve been a full-time personal trainer since 2009 and in that time, I’ve helped hundreds of clients reach their health and fitness goals and enjoyed it every step of the way.

I’m an ex National Powerlifting and Strongman Champion who these days has a more balanced approach and understands the challenges of a busy work schedule/kids and still making time for yourself and looking after your health and fitness.
