

I’ve been a full-time personal trainer since 2009 and in that time, I’ve helped hundreds of clients reach their health and fitness goals and enjoyed it every step of the way.
I ’m an ex National Powerlifting and Strongman Champion who these days has a more balanced approach and understands the challenges of a busy work schedule/kids and still making time for yourself and looking after your health and fitness.
