Hi, I’m Joel, the trainer here at Zap Hallett Cove. I’m all about helping people feel stronger, move better, and have more energy—not just in the gym, but in everyday life. Having worked through my own injuries, I know the importance of training that’s supportive, sustainable, and functional. Alongside personal training, I bring extensive knowledge of anatomy from hands-on experience treating injuries, which allows me to tailor programs that improve movement quality, reduce pain, and prevent setbacks.
