A reformer is a sliding-bed machine with adjustable spring resistance. You push and pull through controlled movements that work strength, stability and control across your whole body. Think resistance training — just on a different machine.

No. Every workout is instructor-led via your screen, with beginner classes built for first-timers. The reformer does the teaching.
You will need a water bottle, towel, bluetooth headphones and pilates grip socks.
Pilates grip socks are available to purchase in club.
All reformer beds are first-come, first-served. Drop in whenever it suits you.
1. Switch off Bluetooth on your phone/devices to ensure your earphones don’t automatically connect
2. Turn on your earphones and put your earphones in pairing mode
3. Select the Earphone icon on the top right of the Kiosk
4. The Kiosk will search for available Bluetooth devices
5. Wait for your earphones to appear in the list, you may need to scroll
6. When your earphones appear in the list, select your earphones, select Pair and select Continue
