So whether you’re looking for a satisfying afternoon snack or scrumptious sweet treat after dinner, we’ve got you covered with this quick and easy to prepare dessert. Not only is this delicious and nutritious snack naturally low in sugar, but thanks to the powerful combination of greek yoghurt and protein powder, it also packs a serious protein punch and will leave you feeling satisfied and satiated for hours.

½ cup greek yoghurt
¼ cup milk of your choice (almond, coconut, soy, full-cream)
20g good quality chocolate protein powder – whey or vegan (i.e. Happy Way, Bondi Protein, Prana Protein)
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp psyllium husk
1/2 tsp granulated stevia (optional)
Toppings (optional)
Blend all ingredients together with a high-speed blender or bamix, adding extra milk if the consistency is too thick.
Once you achieve your desired consistency, spoon into a container, cover and allow to set in the fridge for at least one hour, or overnight.
To serve, top with crushed nuts, fresh berries, sliced banana, goji berries, buckinis or toasted coconut.
