Summer Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 150g chilled canteloupe, diced

  • 30g vanilla protein powder

  • 2 tsp peanut butter

  • 1/2 small mango, cut in slices

  • 2 tsp cacao nibs

  • 1/2 kiwi fruit, sliced and cut in quarters

  • 8 blueberries

  • 2 tsp coconut flakes

Method

1. Blend cantaloupe, protein powder and peanut butter together till smooth. (you may need to add a little cold water if too thick)

2. Transfer to a bowl and top with mango, cacao, kiwi, blueberries and coconut.
